Jeanna Bouzek
GENERAL MANAGER
A Richmond Virginia native, Jeanna spent 20 years working at Colonial Downs—the premier turf horse track in the country. Starting off as a mutual teller in 1997 she quickly rose through the ranks. In 2006 she became Vice President of Operations, holding various positions in between. Her duties included overseeing all aspects of the 10 off track betting facilities across Virginia as well as operating the live race meets in New Kent County. When the track was sold in 2018, Jeanna began searching for other opportunities in Virginia. She brings her passion for gaming and leadership abilities to QVS to help the company continue to grow.
Jeanna graduated Cum Laude from Virginia Commonwealth University with a Bachelors of Science Degree.

Jim Pietrangelo
DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY OUTREACH
Shortly after graduating from college in the early 80's, Jim took a position as VP of Sales & Marketing at SMS Mfg. Corp., spending the next ten years building the US video poker industry. While with SMS, Jim worked alongside interested parties to help design and develop the video lottery industry in South Dakota.
In 1995, Jim became GM of AMA Distributors in Louisiana, a regional distributor of coin-operated amusement and gaming equipment.
During his career, Jim served on both the LAMOA and AMOA boards of directors, serving a term as president of each.
In 2017, after having been out of the industry for ten years, Jim accepted a position with QVS. Two years later, after helping QVS solidify its leadership position within Virginia, Jim decided to focus his attention on QVS's charitable giving program, 'The Queen Gives'.
