PLAYER PROTECTION PROGRAM

“Good, Clean, Fun”

At Pace-O-Matic of Virginia, we take our responsibility to ensure the safety of our players seriously as they play our Queen of Virginia Skill & Entertainment games. And that’s never been more important than it is right now.

  • Please keep machines clean at all times.

Please keep in mind that our games feature infrared touch screens that are sensitive enough that players can wear gloves or use a pen or stylus to operate them, which adds an extra layer of safety.

  • Please create as much separation between games as possible

  • Provide supplies for player protection

    • Provide available hand sanitizer to customers for use

    • Other player safety supplies will be provided to you (ex. Cleaning wipes) as they become available.

Cleaning Instructions

Please use the following instructions to properly clean and sanitize your gaming machines—without damaging them.

  1. Power down the equipment for major cleanings, but this is not necessary for light surface cleanings.

  2. Any CDC approved disinfectant can be used.Consider the use of alcohol-based wipes or sprays containing at least 70% alcohol to disinfect touch screens.

  3. Dry surfaces thoroughly to avoid pooling of liquids.

  4. Spray the disinfectant to dampen a clean microfiber cloth and wipe down the touchscreen.

  5. Never spray the touchscreen—or any other part of the machine. And don’t let the disinfectant drip or pool at the edges of the touchscreen. This could damage the operation of your machine.

  6. Allow disinfectant to air-dry, then remove any streaks using a dry microfiber cloth.

  7. Use glass cleaner or disinfectant wipes that don’t include ammonia or vinegar.

  8. You can disinfect other surfaces including buttons or handles the same way. Make sure the liquid doesn’t penetrate creases or openings, because they could damage the equipment.

  9. Clean plastic pieces with disinfectant liquid applied to a clean microfiber cloth, testing it by gently cleaning a small, concealed area of the machine. If you don’t see any reaction or discoloration, it’s safe to clean the rest of the machine.

  10. Please power up the equipment.
